2. Put your ballot in the BLUE envelope & SEAL IT.
3. Put sealed BLUE envelope into the GREEN envelope and SEAL IT.
4. WRITE YOUR SIGNATURE on the back of the GREEN envelope, ACROSS the flap INSIDE the box.
5. Drop it in the mail BEFORE MONDAY, MAY 1ST. (No postage needed).
